1982 – Date
MIS (Misr International System), the leading data communications
company was set up & managed by M. Omran since it’s establishment in 1982
& during the past 18 years, Mr. Mohamed Omran was principally in charge
of administrative, business development, support & technical supervisory
responsibilities of MIS & today MIS has almost 800 clients with small to
very large networks built for them & maintained by the MIS team of experts
.
1994
– Date:
MIST (Misr for Information Services & Trading) company,
the leading information provider in Egypt was Established in 1994, for the purpose
of providing the world’s real time financial markets information, as well as
providing the real time trading information services from Cairo & Alexandria
Stock Exchanges.
In addition to the
above, MIST provides access to the Internet as one of the prominent ISP’s in
Egypt.
Mr. Mohamed
Omran is the cofounder & acts as the chairman & CEO of MIST.
1979 – 1982:
The
managing Director of the RACAL – MILGO data communications office in Saudi Arabia,
where Mr. Omran has started up the RACAL business in Saudi Arabia & helped
to develop the data communications business & manager it on day–to–day basis.
1975 – 1979:
Mr.
Mohamed Omran was working for Egypt Air, where he has acquired an Engineering
license to permit him to operate over the Boeing 707 & Boeing 737 instruments,
at the same time. Mr.
Omran was appointed as an instructor at Egypt Air’s training center was instructing
for Egypt Air’s ground crews & flight crews.
1974 – 1975:
Mr.
Mohamed was an officer in reserve, attached to the Egyptian Air force &
allocated to the main aircraft workshop & was one of the technical team
responsible of maintaining the Aircraft’s instruments.
