Office Manager in Cairo - Egypt

Job Responsibilities:
Report to the Chairman.
Read and analyze incoming memos and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
Sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Make travel arrangements for the Chairman.

Job Requirements:
5-7 years experience

Excellent computer skills (word processing- spread sheets- outlook-internet)

Excellent command of English language (written and spoken)
