- Required Experience
- Oracle Database Administration
- Oracle Applications (ERP) Administration & maintenance
- Experience in Windows, HP UX, HP Tru64 UNIX, IBM AIX based systems
- Certificates; OCP Developer (MUST)
- Experience: 3-4 years in a similar environment
- Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible about customizations of forms and reports in all modules of Oracle applications (ERP)
- Responsible for developing new applications, and supporting running applications with customers
- Prepare and issue reports to the Division Support Manager on the progress of, and escalate any concerns related to any technical issue.
- Act as the main interface with all customers and discuss with them the details of the required task, and deal with the client on technical matters whenever required.
- Conducting demo sessions for team members to exchange knowledge and experience.
- Creating, reviewing and publishing problem / solution descriptions.
- Technical troubleshooting, analysis and testing for problem resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent technical problem solving skills
- Highly analytical and articulate individuals to provide high quality technical support for the Oracle database and application products
- Engages in testing as required, prepares testing reports, and diagnoses and corrects the faults detected during testing.
- Monitors and evaluates the performance of the Programmers and submits performance evaluation reports to the Project Manager for approval.
- Education & Qualifications
- Faculty of Engineering or Faculty of Computers and Information
- Oracle Database Administration
- Oracle Applications (ERP) Administration & maintenance
- Experience in Windows, HP UX, HP Tru64 UNIX, IBM AIX based systems
- Certificates; OCP Developer (MUST)
- Experience: 3-4 years in a similar environment
