Administrative Assistant

Duties:

Job Describtion:
- Provide sales and technical support, relating to the company's products, to banking staff in the assigned branches and to act as the link between the bank and the Insurance Company in operational, administrative and reporting tasks.

- Provide sales and technical support to CSOs on product details, benefit illustrations, insurance policies, etc. Also to support CSOs when prospects have unique requirements that cannot be met by the available packages, such as requiring complex savings plans or detailed advice, or with loan debt obligations elsewhere, and needing protection

- To act as the link between the Bank staff and the Company, in terms of collecting completed application forms, and proofs of initial premium payments and submitting them to the company.

- To be responsible foe the Company's kiosks in Bank Branches and replenishment of brochures, corporate profiles, applications and benefit illustration forms, by monitoring branch supplies and requesting supplies from Marketing Department.

- To monitor and follow up CSOs activities related to approaching prospects to arrange for meeting and selling life insurance to these prospects and be responsible for the weekly, monthly, and annual activity reporting by the Company, for the assigned Bank branches.

- Each Financial Advisor Trainee will be responsible for supporting a number of the Bank Branches and will divide their time and effort between these branches appropriately.

Required skills:
- Years of experience required: 0 – 2years experience
- Specific field preferred: Selling Insurance/Banking products to different segments in the financial sector
- Language skills: Fluent in English language
- Computer skills: MS Office

Analyst Programmer – Academic Computing Services

The jobholder will be responsible for system analysis, design, documentation, maintenance, and programming of computer-based information systems. Provide programming leadership including coordination, evaluation of options, selection of software packages, and training and implementation of systems.

Typical work duties include: assisting in maintenance of institutional, departmental and faculty websites, design and implementation of academic Web-Based/Desktop applications, maintenance, documentation and enhancement of the development academic applications, and the introduction of new technology tracks.

Requirements
B.Sc. Computer Science. Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field. Good knowledge of HTML, ASP, JSP, JavaScipt and PHP. Working knowledge of web site development on: Front Page, Dreamweaver. Basic Knowledge of Database development using MS Access and MySQL. Programming skills using Visual Basic, Java, and C++ and C #. Knowledge of Linux OS and
Apache/Tomcat Webserver is an asset. Good communication skills. Good organizational, time
management and analytical skills. Excellent command of English language spoken and written.
