Investment Director

We are looking for:
* Investment Director

-Language skills :English (Fluent )
-Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Experience : 6-12 years experience in the Banks field.

-Requirements for candidates :
The holder of this position has the responsibility of leading our investment
management efforts – for an assigned industry – with the objective of maximizing
returns within acceptable risks. The scope of this role ranges from overseeing
the assessment of specific opportunities and managing particular projects
(venture start up, an IPO, a company turn round,.. etc.) to the monitoring of
investments on hand till exit.

The holder of this position will be a member of the Investment Committee.

-Key Responsibilities:
*Planning
-As a member of the Investment Committee, he participate in setting the
overall strategic direction and plans guiding our managed investments and
monitor how these are being achieved.
Investment Opportunities Appraisal & Transactions
-Direct – working directly or with other investment team members – the in-depth
analysis of assigned 'opportunities' to enable us to make a sound and objective
decision (after considering existing company portfolio of investments, market
consumptions, track record, business projections, financial projections,
potential risks, exit strategy, …etc.), resulting in the drafting of an
'Opportunity Evaluation Report' to the investments Committee for decision
making.
-For assigned industry / companies: oversee the development of offering
documentation, and initiate the preparation for due diligence in support of the
company's contemplated deals.
-Review the quality, comprehensiveness and accuracy of all reports, assessments,
valuations, benchmarking exercises, offering documents, ..etc, prepared by more
junior member of the investment team.
-Oversee the execution of due diligence to verify information provided by
sellers/promoters is correct and not misrepresenting facts that could jeopardize
the viability of the investment or affect the proposed value of transaction.
-Approve work plans for various investment team members assigned to him/her and
endorse project budgets for approval.

*Investment Management
-For assigned industry / companies: Direct – on behalf of our – project
developing / sponsoring efforts (eg. Venture start up, an IPO, a company turn
round, …etc.) to ensure they are properly planned, adequately executed (to
maximize opportunities for success) and completed on time and within budgets.
-For assigned industry / companies: Conduct and lead – assisted by other
investment team members – adequate and regular monitoring of managed
investments. The monitoring should result in: an update to the entity's
strategic prospects, own projection and value of the investment, identifying
action items to be taken with respect to the company being monitored, …etc.
-For assigned industry / companies: Analyze and/or propose relevant corporate
actions (for board meetings, general assemblies, … etc.) for investments under
management, ensuring the best position in the company's interest is formulated
and communicated.

*Industry Assessment
-Periodically develop updated assessment for the assigned industry (eg. Media,
telecom, …etc) addressing its current situation, latest developments, direction,
competition, investment attractiveness, ..etc. This should result in drafting
recommendations and prospects in light of expected returns, strategic
positioning, risk and diversification requirements.

*Business Development
-Contribute to our business development efforts by identifying opportunities
within the assigned industry or concerning investments under management.
Similarly, leverage his/her contacts at large to further strengthen our image
and spot opportunities for further exploration.

*Operational Responsibilities
-Prepare a periodical status update of the assigned investments under management
and opportunities under consideration.
-Ensure personal and assigned investment team members' compliance with our
policies, instructions and guidelines.
-Ensure that assigned investments under management are getting adequate support
and services from other our units.

*Human Resources Responsibilities
-Supervise, motivate and develop all staff within his/her area.
-Identify current and future staff requirements for his/her area (numbers and
skill levels).
-Identify training and skill development needs and opportunities for
him/herself and staff.
-Conduct objective Performance Appraisals to all staff assigned to him/her.

-Performance Criteria:

- Administration and Management of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) Security, firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Antivirus Systems, Anti-spam Systems using vulnerability assessment (VA) techniques, and other security boundary technologies and processes
- Responsible for day to day, operation of all high end enterprise systems (UNIX, Windows, Linux, etc).
- Interface with vendor support, Infrastructure team support to resolve system issues.
- Perform performance tuning, systems monitoring, and disaster recovery.
- Install, configure and manage large multi-node clusters on hard/soft/logical system partitions.

Education & Qualifications
- 10+ years is designing and implementing a large scale WAN with different WAN types
- Strong testing and troubleshooting methodology and high availability implementation/operation experience.
- 8+ years in Cisco (Cisco Switched Edge and Core Switches, Routers, ASA…etc) Windows and Linux Administration
- Min 4+ Years experience administrating a capacity as outlined in the responsibilities.
- Excellent knowledge with backup tools, backup libraries and backup procedures.
- experience with network hardware, cabling systems and network technologies
- experience in Server’s hardware management configuration, and installation
- 5+ Years in Data center management role

- Provide sales and technical support, relating to the company's products, to banking staff in the assigned branches and to act as the link between the bank and the Insurance Company in operational, administrative and reporting tasks.

- Provide sales and technical support to CSOs on product details, benefit illustrations, insurance policies, etc. Also to support CSOs when prospects have unique requirements that cannot be met by the available packages, such as requiring complex savings plans or detailed advice, or with loan debt obligations elsewhere, and needing protection

- To be responsible foe the Company's kiosks in Bank Branches and replenishment of brochures, corporate profiles, applications and benefit illustration forms, by monitoring branch supplies and requesting supplies from Marketing Department.

- To monitor and follow up CSOs activities related to approaching prospects to arrange for meeting and selling life insurance to these prospects and be responsible for the weekly, monthly, and annual activity reporting by the Company, for the assigned Bank branches.

- Each Financial Advisor Trainee will be responsible for supporting a number of the Bank Branches and will divide their time and effort between these branches appropriately.

Required skills:

Multinational company requires the following resources:

Position 01: A Business Analyst(s) are needed with experience in Card Management System and ATM Switch System for Electronic Banking.

The customer has a requirement to secure experienced professional resource(s) to perform the Business Analyst role for an Electronic Banking Department, in a bank, with particular emphasis on its Card Management and ATM Switch Systems.

The appropriate professional Business Analysis skills are in place to support the Bank's Card Management and ATM Switch System for Electronic Banking, with the overall objective of delivering an improved quality of service to its customers.

This Business Analyst must have worked in banks, in projects of similar nature, and has at least 7 years of Business Analysis experience.

The Business Analyst(s) will be required to perform the following:

Assume a proactive role in assisting the Bank to launch different products and services,

Significantly contribute to the process of Business Requirement

Statement and functional design formulation within Electronic Banking for the Card Management Services and ATM Switch,

Review, analyse, comment and provide update on designs for new business initiatives and / or systems being interfaced to/by the ATM Switch and Card Management System,

Responsible for the preparation and implementation of business training plans, Significantly contribute to the process of business re-engineering and the related procedures as a result of system changes,

Prepare Change Requests and supporting documentation as required,

Baseline the existing Business Requirement Statement documentation and be responsible for keeping them up-to-date and current.

Assist the Bank business in decision making for new services products and their feasibility.

Conduct profit/loss analysis on behalf of business for new services/products.

Maintain full market awareness of Electronic Banking services/products and recommend change to Bank business manager.

Position 02: 3 consultants are being required with several years of experience with The following skills:

A good knowledge of IST Switch, Card Management

Knowledge of AIX Operating System, HACMP, Oracle Data Base and Windows Operating System.

Knowledge of ATMs (NCR and Diebolds)

Knowledge of Pin Pads

Knowledge of Chip Cards operating system and software.

Their role and responsibilities will be:
Day to day administration of Systems and Applications (with focus and priority on Electronic Banking).

System monitoring, problem identification and resolution.

Installation of tools and system upgrades as required.

Full Description:
The main focus of this job is to sell mobile phones for a profit whilst hitting a monthly Net Profit Target. You will need to be experienced at cold-calling on the phone & also possess absolute fluency in the specified languages.

1. Market development - identify potential trading opportunities for international markets by assessing:

Who are the key traders in that market?
Is it logistically possible to ship to that market?
Are there alternative routes?
What are the potential barriers / opportunities?
Are there any export or local import barriers?
How efficient is the banking system (for payment purposes)?
Summarise via SWOT analysis to determine trading opportunities.

2. Qualification of potential customers from existing databases, and identifying new contacts for markets that are deemed feasible for trading from above.
Objective is to establish quality leads who will agree to our client's terms of business. Criteria may include handset turnover, years in trading, sales potential based on reviews of their target prices for stock they require assessed over a period of time.

Also profiling of potential customers to acquire a clear background on the customer:

Are they on D&B?
What brands and models do they buy?
Where do they buy from?
What are their main markets?

3. Setting Up Customer Accounts

Obtain necessary paperwork to set-up “quality leads”.

Regular contact to establish stock requirements (and also identifying opportunities from them to buy on our client's terms).

Quotation of stock to potential customers and putting together deals.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Language skills required are fluency in English plus at least one of the following languages; German , French , Arabic, Farsi , Russian , Spanish , Italian , Cantonese , Dutch & Portuguese

Previous sales experience is essential.
Knowledge of the mobile phone sector a huge advantage.
