Cost Accounting Manager

A big organization in the field of FMCG Industry is seeking highly qualified candidates for the position of:

Cost Accounting Manager

**JOB Duties:-
1- Plans study and collects data to determine costs of business activity, such as raw material purchases. Inventory, labor, and administrative overheads.
2- Analyzes data obtained and records results.
3- Analyzes changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on costs.
4- Provides management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services
5- Initiative, an enquiring mind and be able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances.
6- Must be deadline driven, respect deadlines, anticipate obstacles to meeting deadlines and manage these obstacles.
7- Must be a "people's person", be able to support and get on with colleagues.
8- Must also participate the "work smarter and not harder principle".

**Qualifications:-
1- Bachelor Degree of accounting -preferably English Section- Cost Accounting as a major subject.
2- CMA is an asset
3- 10 or more years of cost accounting experience with at least 3 years at a senior level.
4- Detailed working knowledge of automated accounting systems and ERP systems (Oracle, Axapta, SAP or similar).
5- Experience in a process manufacturing environment is a plus. While working knowledge of activity based systems is a very valuable asset.
6- Fluent English skills are essential (written, spoken and read).
7- Advanced computer skills.
8- Very strong man-management skills.
