- Help the DBA and the infrastructure supervisor to implement the Disaster Recovery plan from the application point of view

Education & Qualifications
- 8+ Years of ORACLE Applications experience in Implementing & maintaining ORACLE CRM modules such as Oracle Field Services, Services Contract, Isupport, Helpdesk, Knowledge Base, Install Base, Sales Online, Inventory, and Oracle call Center as per ORACLE AIM methodology business needs and should be completed at least 2 full life cycle implementation
- Familiarity with ORACLE Database, ORACLE Applications Architecture, SQL, PL/SQL and UNIX
- Proven ability to analytically attack & resolve issues that impact large numbers of end users

- Responsible for day to day, operation of all high end enterprise systems (UNIX, Windows, Linux, etc).
- Interface with vendor support, Infrastructure team support to resolve system issues.
- Perform performance tuning, systems monitoring, and disaster recovery.
- Install, configure and manage large multi-node clusters on hard/soft/logical system partitions.

Education & Qualifications

- 8+ years in Cisco (Cisco Switched Edge and Core Switches, Routers, ASA…etc) Windows and Linux Administration
- Min 4+ Years experience administrating a capacity as outlined in the responsibilities.
- Excellent knowledge with backup tools, backup libraries and backup procedures.
- experience with network hardware, cabling systems and network technologies
- experience in Server’s hardware management configuration, and installation
- 5+ Years in Data center management role

Mechanical Maintenance Section Leader (Offshore – based Post) (Direct Hire Employment)
Main Duties:

· Plans, supervises, directs and controls the operation and maintenance activities of the utility and oil & Gas platform, in line with the OPERGUID procedures.

· Works to agreed action plans and group objectives

· Apply the company maintenance policy and assure full compliance with ADMA-OPCO maintenance policy.

Minimum Requirements:

· 10/ 8 years experience in the operation and / or maintenance of offshore oil / gas production facilities in process, plant and machinery (including gas turbines).

· Or instrumentation control systems, electronics or computerised process control systems maintenance of which three years should have been in an engineer / supervisory capacity.

Salary Range :

The Position

Based in the Gulf region and responsible for assisting with mapping business requirements to Oracle functionality to determine setup and customisation requirements for implementing Oracle Logistics. Document business process flows and functional hierarchies in Oracle Designer for developing workflow specifications and menu security
for the Oracle application. Develop design solutions for the implementation of the Oracle application and demonstrate those solutions to the project design team. Develop test scenarios for the project team and end users to validate the implementation of the
Oracle application.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle Project based work involving either Oracle Logistics Modules
• Plan and Conduct User Workshops
• Convert User Requirements into practical and robust solutions via a formal IT lifecycle
• Produce Functional Specification Documents and other project documentation (e.g. configuration documents)
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing
• Provide final level Support for Back Office Applications
• Improve the efficiency of key business processes, through configuration and optimum usage of E-Business suite.
• Keep abreast of future product directions to ensure the company takes full advantage of new developments
• Encourage and promote future training with other members of the IT team.

Profile & Background

• Age: Open
• Nationality: Egyptian Nationals preferred. Position is open to
Lebanese, Palestinian, Syrian and Jordanian Nationals.
• Bilingual: English and Arabic. French also advantageous
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or Business related field
• Minimum of 3 years Oracle functional experience in Logistics with overall minimum of 5 years experience in IT. At least 1 full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Apps.
• Good communication skills since the role has a strong Customer Facing Focus
• Strong analysis and design skills to produce Functional Specifications etc. To include excellent written and presentation skills
• Possess and display a customer service ethos and attitude that will drive our service excellence commitment throughout the organisation.
• Experience of using a project methodology under a formal quality regime
