Our client is a respectable IT company seeking Technical sales (only females)
Location Between Egypt and Dubai (UAE)

Principal responsibilities
1. searching for new clients that could benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions;
2. traveling to visit potential clients
3. establishing new and maintaining existing long-term rapports with customers;
4. managing and interpreting customer requirements - listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs;
5. persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
6. calculating client quotations;
7. negotiating tender and contract terms, to meet both client and company needs;
8. negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions;
9. offering after-sales support services;
10. administering client accounts;
11. analyzing costs and sales;
12. preparing reports for head office;
13. meeting regular sales targets;
14. recording and maintaining client contact data;
15. coordinating sales projects;
16. supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
17. performing technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs;
18. providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;
19. liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
20. solving client problems;
21. helping in the design of custom-made products;
22. Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.

Job Qualifications

1. BS.C of Computer Science or Engineering, Information Systems with a minimum grade of Good or equavilant qualifications and knowlege in computer systems.
2. Minimum 1plus years of experience
3. Very good command of spoken and written English
4. preferred French or German
5. Very good Communications and interpersonal skills
6. Ability work under stress and to manage multiple projects

Expected salary To be determined based on skills and the results of testing

*Human Resource Information System , its work flow and future implementation of reporting tools like Cognos to help management make critical manning decision with its budget and planning
*To prepare the HR Management reports for UAE & Outside countries with integration of ERP modules and its back up.

*Qualification:
-Gender: Male
-Language skills : English ( Good )
-Computer skills: Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
-commercial Degree Holder
-Experience – 2-4 years experience in the same field.
-HR Specialization will be an added advantage.

and WAN for communication of data. Develops standards on network
quality, quantity and integrity.
-Ensures that network traffic, performance and quality of service
provided are monitored and reviewed. Controls usage of established
methods, hardware and software tools and procedures for planning,
installing, configuring, commissioning, monitoring and investigating
the network.
-Takes full technical responsibility for complex communication
strategy, standards and all stages of development/implementation of
HW/SW life cycle.
-Take responsibility for delivering complex IS Network projects
ensuring implementation of change controls, quality of delivery, and
risk plans to overcome any arising significant problems, as well as
liaising / advising with IS Management on projects Budgets.
-Analyses Network incidents and problems, establish trends and
formulates plans an strategies to investigate and resolve incidents
and problems. Ensures minimum occurrence and improve process of
management policy..
-Takes full technical responsibility for the Network testing
function of a project, carries out investigations to find suitable
Network testing tools and methods and define Network test strategies.
-Analyses and documents the results of all Audits interviews
conducted, and recommend corrective actions as appropriate, ensuring
compliance with IS Audits Standards.
-Provides specialist advice, and guidance on the development,
documentation, application of IS Standards, procedures and the
interpretation of relevant national or international standards,
checking for compliance against quality systems, and external
standards where appropriate.
-Negotiate IS Network related service delivery with user and ensure
effectiveness costs of the operational systems, taking necessary;
action to ensure that quality of Network service, performance,,
availability and costs targets are met and prepare investment
proposal to meet changes in demand
-Takes full responsibility for the provisions of service level
achieved in comparison with the targets set in SLA's ensuring
significant failures are brought to attention of IS Management.
-Reviews the technical aspects related to department's tendering,
contracting and procurement activities related to Networking.

and counseling employees, as required.

I am an extremely busy professor in a university in Sharjah and I am currently exploring the possibility of hiring a part time (10 but possibly more hours), secretary to help me with all kinds of office, personal jobs, and a few jobs around town. Duties could include:

- Filing
- Typing reports/documents from text or tape
- Inputting numeric data into program files
- Organizing paperwork into groups and files
- Making telephone calls
- Maintaining and updating websites
- Preparing materials to be copied
- Screening videos and music tapes for use in lessons
- Keeping records on lessons, attendance, phone calls
- Locating information on the internet or in the library
- Organizing word files
- Running errands to the library or other locations on campus
- Editing and formatting class handouts and activities
- Adding basic graphics to class handouts and activities
- Creating! basic visual materials (posters, transparencies, games)
- Sending out group e-mails
- Updating calendar and reminders

You must be EXTREMELY fluent in English since all of the work will involve reading and typing in English. That means that you should have a very high score on the TOEFL test (at least 650), or the IELTS, (above band 7). You should be a NEAR NATIVE speaker. You may be tested for your writing ability, grammar and listening and speaking. Also, you may be given a typing test.
