Job duties and responsibilities:
Efficiently and creatively, manage and Deliver consulting engagements as assigned by the team leader and the Resource Manager
Responsible for the delivery of technical and procedural activities to customers such as but not limited to: planning, designing, executing infrastructure technical projects Focuses on the Environment Management technology area
Proactively works with the engagements & project management teams on up selling and cross selling of services provided by OMS

Qualifications:

Training delivery experts for EU-sponsored project in Egypt

Training Delivery Expert Roles

The European Institute, Denmark, and Public Affairs Group, who are two leading Danish firms providing management consultancy services to the EU Commission, have been asked to bid for an EU-sponsored project in Egypt.

The purpose of the project is to support the Egyptian Customs Authorities to be able to communicate more effectively, internally and externally. A key element in the project is training of Customs Authority staff in communications skills.

We are currently working to staff a full project team, and have a strong candidate for the team lead role. We now need 2 local, Egyptian resources, with strong experience in training delivery/communication management to cover the training delivery expert-roles.

To be qualified, the resources should match the following skills requirements:

Ø At least a bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration
Ø A total of minimum 10 years work experience (and at least 5 years experience with delivery of training, e.g. as a teacher/trainer/instructor/management consultant, etc.)
Ø Fluent in Egyptian/Arabic language, and a good command of English
Ø Ability to work in a multi-national environment
Ø Experience from previous EU-projects is an advantage

The project is expected to start september 11th, 2006. Both local experts are to deliver a total of 75 work days in the period from september 11th until july 2007.

The salary rate is appx. 70 Euro per working day for each expert, depending on qualifications and experience.

Purpose & Scope:

· Maintain strict control on the quality of workmanship, progress of work as per Project & Contract Schedule and cost of Project Contracts.

· Review shop drawings submitted by the Contractor, and analysis of various alternate design and construction procedures and method statements submitted by the Contractor.

· Perform inspection of the works and notify the Contractor of any defects to be corrected.

· Performs final inspection and witness the handing over the Project.

Minimum Requirements:

· B.Sc. in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
· 10 years experience in high class building projects (minimum 5 years project management experience).
· Experience in Architectural computer design software
· Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English

Responsabilities:
- To undertake and lead the implementation of Greatplains modules (Full Business Cycle) as assigned by the Team Leader.
- Provides presales support to the sales team on newly offered applications.
- Provides input to the Project Manager on the timeliness and deliverables of the project for the preparation of the project implementation plan.
- Understands the overall offered solution, and specifically studies and understands the assigned module for implementation.
- Assists in the discussions with the key user(s) on the details of the required deliverables in accordance to the recommended solution
- Assists in gathering all the required information and data from the client in regards to the business cycle(s)
- Attends technical presentations conducted by the Team Leader to the key user(s) and end user(s) in regards to the expected deliverable(s) of the provided solution.
- Understands clearly the identified "Work Around" and continues implementation of the module in accordance to any changes.
- Writes-up "Test Scripts" relevant to the assigned module and reviews it with the team leader to ensure its accuracy.
- Acts as first line support to the customer.
- Updates and involves the Project Manager and Team Leader on the progress of implementation of the assigned module and/or escalates issues faced during implementation to ensure prompt action.
- Prepares the "Application Setup Document" for his/her module for future references, ensuring that the rest of the team has undertaken the same activity.

- Providing structured user guidelines with clarity and user friendliness.
- Assists in obtaining the approved/signed "Final Acceptance Sheet" from the client on his/her own module(s) within the project.

Addax Oil Drilling Services in pursuant to the service contract with the Nigerian Agip Oil Company(NAOC)/Total Joint venture: FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT in Nigeria, has been mandated to recruit senior/junior services expatriate(Contract)engineers/consultants for the fulfillment of the requirements of the joint venture Project(s).

The programme is a turnkey project with the Nigeria LNG limited(NLNG) a mixed company established by NAOC, SHELL, NNPC and Totalfina Elf for the construction and expansion of a Gas Liquifiaction plant, known as the LNG plus.

The project concerns the 4th and 5th LNG production lines with an annual capacity of around 4 million tones each. The plant will also produce 1.1 million tones per year of LPG and 0.4 million tones per year of condensates and part of the development programme of the offshore Amenam/Kpono field.

The 50 million barrel field will be expected to produce at the rate of about 125,000 bbl/d in line with the International Zero-Gas flaring policy. Associated gas will either be re-injected or marketed through the near by plant.Also the supply/management of production platform, two tripods, one flare and three associated bridges. As well as provision for engineering procurement fabrication, transportation, installation hook-up and pre-commissioning.
Addax Oil Drilling Services as Consultant to NAOC/TOTAL seeks/requires expatriates in the project whose services will include:

As an SAP HR consultant, you will be expected to have 4 years experience of SAP implementations, having paid particular attention to multi stream projects for business process design and change management. You should also be comfortable with designing and configuring solutions for all areas of the HR module, and sub modules. Knowledge of SAP payroll would also be an advantage as would foreign languages as this role will involve much international travel. The right candidate must also possess much client facing experience, as this role will be working with both the client and their suppliers.

Oracle Logistics Consultant - Arab Nationals Only

Our client is one of the largest national holding companies in the region specialising in the IT and Telecommunications industries. The Position

Based in the Gulf region and responsible for assisting with mapping business requirements to Oracle functionality to determine setup and customisation requirements for implementing Oracle Logistics. Document business process flows and functional hierarchies in Oracle Designer for developing workflow specifications and menu security
for the Oracle application. Develop design solutions for the implementation of the Oracle application and demonstrate those solutions to the project design team. Develop test scenarios for the project team and end users to validate the implementation of the
Oracle application.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle Project based work involving either Oracle Logistics Modules
• Plan and Conduct User Workshops
• Convert User Requirements into practical and robust solutions via a formal IT lifecycle
• Produce Functional Specification Documents and other project documentation (e.g. configuration documents)
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing
• Provide final level Support for Back Office Applications
• Improve the efficiency of key business processes, through configuration and optimum usage of E-Business suite.
• Keep abreast of future product directions to ensure the company takes full advantage of new developments
• Encourage and promote future training with other members of the IT team.

Profile & Background

• Age: Open
• Nationality: Egyptian Nationals preferred. Position is open to
Lebanese, Palestinian, Syrian and Jordanian Nationals.
• Bilingual: English and Arabic. French also advantageous
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or Business related field
• Minimum of 3 years Oracle functional experience in Logistics with overall minimum of 5 years experience in IT. At least 1 full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Apps.
• Good communication skills since the role has a strong Customer Facing Focus
• Strong analysis and design skills to produce Functional Specifications etc. To include excellent written and presentation skills
• Possess and display a customer service ethos and attitude that will drive our service excellence commitment throughout the organisation.
• Experience of using a project methodology under a formal quality regime
