Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain business development files, including hard copies of bids, proposals, contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Responsible for managing organization of business development files on the company server. Files should be organized for ease of use, accuracy of documentation, as well as ongoing maintenance to ensure that files contain the most current versions of documents.

Job Qualifications:
• must have superior knowledge of the English language with outstanding writing and editing skills.
• Ability to integrate images, diagrams, and other assets into technical documents
• BS Degree required, or will substitute 8 to 10 years experience in related field.
• Must have 3 to 5 years experience in aviation training, aircraft data analysis or related technical field.
• Flight Simulation and/or Military (DOD) B&P experience is a major plus.

Computer Skills:
• Expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project required.
• Database software applications (MS Access or better) as needed

Administration Assistant

Administration Assistant
The post holder will be required to provide administrative support for the marketing manager within the Technical Division.

The key duties of the post are as follows:-

- Filing of correspondence in/out
- Setting up and maintenance of filing systems as and when required as works progress
- Preparing document transmittal forms based on a list of documents which the Group is required to issue
- Upkeep of the document/drawing register of all the Group contractors who have been sent documents and their issue
- Typing – Word skills for general preparation of letters/forms that the Group will issue, along with logging into the Group records system.

Job Summary:

To perform advanced cost-accounting work covering material and production costs, costs of sales, research and product development, etc. To compare actual costs to estimates and analyze variances. To develop standard cost data and accurate inventory valuations.

Job Description
Analyzes and costs manufacturing work orders following company's costing system.
Prepares the monthly cost of sales figures by analyzing material, labor, and research and development expenses.
Assists the accounting manager in preparing monthly journal entries for cost of sales and scrap.
Maintains FIFO inventory system and follows established valuation method.
Assists in the quarterly and year-end physical inventory process.
Reviews and audits the costing system including costs for purchased material inventory.
Analyzes variances from cost estimates.
Prepares report for accounting manager and recommends.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Age From 25 To 30 years old

Computer Skills Excellent (Previous usage of Oracle is an appreciated plus)

Experience 4+ years experience in a manufacturing industry

- To undertake and lead the implementation of Greatplains modules (Full Business Cycle) as assigned by the Team Leader.
- Provides presales support to the sales team on newly offered applications.
- Provides input to the Project Manager on the timeliness and deliverables of the project for the preparation of the project implementation plan.
- Understands the overall offered solution, and specifically studies and understands the assigned module for implementation.
- Assists in the discussions with the key user(s) on the details of the required deliverables in accordance to the recommended solution
- Assists in gathering all the required information and data from the client in regards to the business cycle(s)
- Attends technical presentations conducted by the Team Leader to the key user(s) and end user(s) in regards to the expected deliverable(s) of the provided solution.
- Understands clearly the identified, Work Around, and continues implementation of the module in accordance to any changes.
- Writes-up, Test Scripts, relevant to the assigned module and reviews it with the team leader to ensure its accuracy.
- Acts as first line support to the customer.
- Updates and involves the Project Manager and Team Leader on the progress of implementation of the assigned module and/or escalates issues faced during implementation to ensure prompt action.
- Prepares the, Application Setup Document, for his/her module for future references, ensuring that the rest of the team has undertaken the same activity.
- Conducts training to the end user on means of operating the implemented system.
- Providing structured user guidelines with clarity and user friendliness.
- Assists in obtaining the approved/signed, Final Acceptance Sheet, from the client on his/her own module(s) within the project.
- Education & Qualifications
- Bachelors of Commerce or Computer Science with minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience in Great Plains Applications.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Applications functionalities in the assigned modules.
- Good business knowledge in the specialized suite. (Financial Accounting, Logistics & procurement, CRM or Manufacturing etc).
- Implementation experience using Great Plains Implementation Methodology.
- Knowledge seeker and continuous knowledge update.
- Team leading capabilities and a very good team player.
- Presentation skills (Demos, presentations and Training).

Multi-tasking of typing while on the telephone is a necessity as is impeccable data entry.

Must have the qualifications in the following:

  • High school Diploma, under or graduates required.
  • Experience preferably in call centers.
  • Touch typist, computer skills including Windows based programs required.
  • Able to communicate well verbally.
  • Strong ability to multi-task by talking with individuals on the phone while performing computer functions, relate quickly and professionally alongside contributing member to team required.

Experienced Java developer (JVD#051):
This position focuses on the back-end construction of internal and extranet applications. The ideal candidate will work with software that imports, process and manipulate the CT data into a number of formats including:-

  • MPR’s
  • Curved splines
  • 3D renderings

The principle candidate will work on and develop accordingly, a medical imaging application based on DICOM images from CT Scan data. The applicant should be a results-focused, proactive individual with strong technical skills, interested in significant responsibility on a small team in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment.

Must be qualified in all of the following:

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent related field.
  • Five or more years experience in Java Swing design and development.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented analysis, design and programming.
  • Able to hand-code component layouts, create custom renderings and editors and familiarity with how the Event Dispatch Thread works.
  • Very fast learner and strong interest in picking up and enhancing new added codes whenever required.
  • Knowledge of Java 3D and DICOM images is a plus.

Web Designer with database experience (WBD#021):
We are in the hunt for a bright, talented and proactive developer who loves working on web service products and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The position responsibilities involves developing, maintaining and supporting the production web technologies at 3D Diagnostics, including design, hands on programming, support and uptime of the corporate websites.

Must be qualified in all of the following:

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent related field.
  • Solid, hands on experience using PHP, Flash, CSS, XML/XSL, HTML, SQL, and Apache.
  • Database and blogging experience.
