Administration Assistant
The post holder will be required to provide administrative support for the marketing manager within the Technical Division.

The key duties of the post are as follows:-

- Filing of correspondence in/out
- Setting up and maintenance of filing systems as and when required as works progress
- Preparing document transmittal forms based on a list of documents which the Group is required to issue
- Upkeep of the document/drawing register of all the Group contractors who have been sent documents and their issue
- Typing – Word skills for general preparation of letters/forms that the Group will issue, along with logging into the Group records system.

Full Description:
The main focus of this job is to sell mobile phones for a profit whilst hitting a monthly Net Profit Target. You will need to be experienced at cold-calling on the phone & also possess absolute fluency in the specified languages.

1. Market development - identify potential trading opportunities for international markets by assessing:

Who are the key traders in that market?
Is it logistically possible to ship to that market?
Are there alternative routes?
What are the potential barriers / opportunities?
Are there any export or local import barriers?
How efficient is the banking system (for payment purposes)?
Summarise via SWOT analysis to determine trading opportunities.

2. Qualification of potential customers from existing databases, and identifying new contacts for markets that are deemed feasible for trading from above.
Objective is to establish quality leads who will agree to our client's terms of business. Criteria may include handset turnover, years in trading, sales potential based on reviews of their target prices for stock they require assessed over a period of time.

Also profiling of potential customers to acquire a clear background on the customer:

Are they on D&B?
What brands and models do they buy?
Where do they buy from?
What are their main markets?

3. Setting Up Customer Accounts

Obtain necessary paperwork to set-up “quality leads”.

Regular contact to establish stock requirements (and also identifying opportunities from them to buy on our client's terms).

Quotation of stock to potential customers and putting together deals.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Language skills required are fluency in English plus at least one of the following languages; German , French , Arabic, Farsi , Russian , Spanish , Italian , Cantonese , Dutch & Portuguese

Previous sales experience is essential.
Knowledge of the mobile phone sector a huge advantage.

Oracle Logistics Consultant - Arab Nationals Only

The Position

Based in the Gulf region and responsible for assisting with mapping business requirements to Oracle functionality to determine setup and customisation requirements for implementing Oracle Logistics. Document business process flows and functional hierarchies in Oracle Designer for developing workflow specifications and menu security
for the Oracle application. Develop design solutions for the implementation of the Oracle application and demonstrate those solutions to the project design team. Develop test scenarios for the project team and end users to validate the implementation of the
Oracle application.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle Project based work involving either Oracle Logistics Modules
• Plan and Conduct User Workshops
• Convert User Requirements into practical and robust solutions via a formal IT lifecycle
• Produce Functional Specification Documents and other project documentation (e.g. configuration documents)
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing
• Provide final level Support for Back Office Applications
• Improve the efficiency of key business processes, through configuration and optimum usage of E-Business suite.
• Keep abreast of future product directions to ensure the company takes full advantage of new developments
• Encourage and promote future training with other members of the IT team.

Profile & Background

• Age: Open
• Nationality: Egyptian Nationals preferred. Position is open to
Lebanese, Palestinian, Syrian and Jordanian Nationals.
• Bilingual: English and Arabic. French also advantageous
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or Business related field
• Minimum of 3 years Oracle functional experience in Logistics with overall minimum of 5 years experience in IT. At least 1 full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Apps.
• Good communication skills since the role has a strong Customer Facing Focus
• Strong analysis and design skills to produce Functional Specifications etc. To include excellent written and presentation skills
• Possess and display a customer service ethos and attitude that will drive our service excellence commitment throughout the organisation.
• Experience of using a project methodology under a formal quality regime

Food Production Manager

Purpose of Role To ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and maintain the great standards of quality and presentation of menus

Operational Excellence • Identifies, prepares, cooks and presents all recipes contained in authorised recipe books • Operates and uses all catering equipment installed in kitchens • Supervises and carries out hygiene procedures • Complies with and ensures food hygiene and checks chefs for personal hygiene • Cleans or supervises the cleaning of the kitchens and working areas • Ensures Fire / Safety Procedures are carried out • Fulfils his/her obligation under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 or other applicable regulations • Organises and runs kitchens • Signs for and is responsible for all equipment and machinery • Practices and supervise fuel economy measures • Check invoices and delivery notes • Supervises the receipt and storage of food supply • Reports on the quality and quantity of food supply • Supervises hot plate procedures • Ensures correct recovery and storage of leftover food for recycling • Applies nutritional knowledge and ensures the nutritional balance of meals • Compiles or assists in compiling a menu cycle • Assists with the accounting for all rations • Has access to database for picking lists, menu costing and recipe compilation • Carries out equipment checks • Takes action to prevent theft from the kitchen • Maintains the kitchen notice boards • Ensure sufficient food of the appropriate quality is available for the planned menu. • Ensure food is checked for taste, appearance and presentation Customer Client Satisfaction • To visually recognise your client and know them by name • To act on feedback given by customers
