the content of a relatively big portal of an international NGO whose business
depends on the portal being up to date. The content will be provided by
different departments of the organization, and the candidate will be responsible
for all the technical aspects of updating the content which will need excellent
knowledge of different web technologies such as HTML and JavaScript, as well as
design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Flash Macromedia.

- Study incoming Request for Proposal (RFP) and participate with the Business Unit Manager in the Bid/No Bid decision by preparing, in compliance with the company strategy and the client's background and history.
- Prepares and completes the Opportunity Assessment sheet in coordination with the Business Unit Manager and present it to the Steering Committee for analysis and review.
- Prepare and revise with the Business Unit Manager outgoing proposals in regards to the overall layout, attached cost sheet, business components, and liaise with the technical team in regards to the technical components, ensuring it meets client's requirements before submission to the client.
- Coordinates with the Project Manager on all projects that are won by his unit, ensuring the project implementation plan is in compliance with the sales deal.
- Supervises and conducts random visits to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Compiles and prepares a Product Status Report for all the products within his unit, reflecting the products status, and submit to the Marketing Director and the Business Development Director for planning purposes, and a copy to the corresponding vendors/suppliers for update.
- Identify training needs for his team and assign them to corresponding courses.
- Evaluates the performance of his/her direct subordinates and reviews and approves the performance evaluations prepared by his subordinates for their team for submission and approval of the Business Unit Manager.

Job Description:

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for driving the professional development of the entire Global Sales organization from a sales readiness perspective.

Provides advanced level sales training for Account Executives, Sales Consultants and others involved in the Sales Process. Develops and delivers sales training curricula that addresses, "Complex Selling" into Targeted Accounts and will run training classes and utilize other training methodologies to ensure consistent application of sales tools and techniques. Position 01: A Business Analyst(s) are needed with experience in Card Management System and ATM Switch System for Electronic Banking.

The customer has a requirement to secure experienced professional resource(s) to perform the Business Analyst role for an Electronic Banking Department, in a bank, with particular emphasis on its Card Management and ATM Switch Systems.

The appropriate professional Business Analysis skills are in place to support the Bank's Card Management and ATM Switch System for Electronic Banking, with the overall objective of delivering an improved quality of service to its customers.

This Business Analyst must have worked in banks, in projects of similar nature, and has at least 7 years of Business Analysis experience.

The Business Analyst(s) will be required to perform the following:

Assume a proactive role in assisting the Bank to launch different products and services,

Significantly contribute to the process of Business Requirement

Statement and functional design formulation within Electronic Banking for the Card Management Services and ATM Switch,

Review, analyse, comment and provide update on designs for new business initiatives and / or systems being interfaced to/by the ATM Switch and Card Management System,

Responsible for the preparation and implementation of business training plans, Significantly contribute to the process of business re-engineering and the related procedures as a result of system changes,

Monitor business risks and assist in the development and implementation of suitable mitigation strategies,

Prepare Change Requests and supporting documentation as required,

Baseline the existing Business Requirement Statement documentation and be responsible for keeping them up-to-date and current.

Assist the Bank business in decision making for new services products and their feasibility.

Conduct profit/loss analysis on behalf of business for new services/products.

Maintain full market awareness of Electronic Banking services/products and recommend change to Bank business manager.

Position 02: 3 consultants are being required with several years of experience with The following skills:

A good knowledge of IST Switch, Card Management

Knowledge of AIX Operating System, HACMP, Oracle Data Base and Windows Operating System.

Knowledge of ATMs (NCR and Diebolds)

Knowledge of Pin Pads

Knowledge of Chip Cards operating system and software.

Their role and responsibilities will be:
Day to day administration of Systems and Applications (with focus and priority on Electronic Banking).

System monitoring, problem identification and resolution.

Installation of tools and system upgrades as required.

Scheduling system maintenance/ changes in coordination with the business

Applying changes in accordance with Bank's change control procedures.

Reporting weekly to management on system health and any issues or concerns.

-Ready to relocate in the GULF area.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

The new Candidate will be responsible for performing risk assessment as a part of a risk management process. His task will involve:

- Identifying risks, threats and vulnerabilities within the organization and ranking these risks according to their importance.
- Developing suitable recommendations and controls to overcome the omissions that will be discovered during the assessment process.

The candidate should be familiar with risk analysis methodologies. He should have the experience and ability to work with risk assessment tools (including software tools, questioners, lists of threats and reports, standard report format….etc).

As well as performing a risk analysis process, the candidate will be responsible for providing technical and business reports to identify the actual security status of the organization along with the proposed solutions.

The new position might require traveling and working outside Egypt most of the time so the new candidate should have the ability to work in an external environment outside Egypt without any refusal to travel and work abroad.

Job Qualifications:

1- Male, age 24 and above
2- Military service: finished, exempted or postponed (minimum of 2 years) and having a valid passport (or to be issued without any concern)
3- Preferably graduate of Computer Science or Engineering (Computer Department)
4- Preferably ITI graduate
5- Minimum 2 years experience in risk assessment with security background is highly preferred 6- Fluent English
7- Good Technical and Presentation Skills
8- Good Presence
9- Good business skills and good analytical skills with problem solving approach
10- Able to work under stress and time constrains
